    Podcast 2012 - #2 features an interview with Sue Leslie; President of The HBPA of Ontario; Vice President of The HBPA of Canada; President of ORIHA, and finally a public Trainer at Woodbine.

     

    Sue discusses the current landscape in Ontario with respect Provincial Government’s desire to restructure the Ontario slot model which has been in effect for nearly 10 years.  To say that Sue’s plate is full with issues and challenges facing the future of a major Ontario industry would be an understatement.  Sue is well versed in all aspects of racing and has an excellent business mind.  The HBPA and all Horsemen represented by ORIHA are in good hands under Sue’s leadership.
